The beach
S'Escullat or Pas de sa Guardiola is a very narrow passage area to a larger area in Cala Portinatx. In this area there is a small sandy beach and a visible cave on the right; the front views are in the fishing area of Cala Portinatx. Little frequented place.
Notes
Curious swimming area just to the right of Cala Portinatx. It is the junction of a small island to the rest of Ibiza. You must go for the coast to access to this place, but be careful because some paths that lead are very dangerous. Always seek the simplest alternative and nothing dangerous.

How to get there
- 1Road C-733 towards Cala Portinatx
Head towards Cala Portinatx. Once in the urbanization the road winds but we continued without deviating.
- 2Arrive at Cala Portinatx beach
The road to the urbanization becomes just another street. At the end of it we will find that there is no exit, but we will see to our right a plot of land with shade of trees where we can park.
- 3Behind Cala Portinatx
We will head towards the part of the coast behind Cala Portinatx beach. It's just a few meters. In the rocky area overlooking the lighthouse (Aigua Blanca or Caló Fons) we will head along the coast to our left, always looking for a safe area, as there are multiple paths. We will go up the mountain and then go down, already seeing the small beach.
- 4Other possible access
We can also arrive from the edge of Cala Portinatx beach, from its right side, climb the rocks and look for some paths that go along the coast. We will climb the mountain and then descend it with views of the small beach of S'Escullat or Pas de sa Guardiola.
