The beach
Caló d'en Rafal is a small bathing area accessible after a short excursion. There are many trails around, very tangled. Complicated access to the sea, you have to make a good jump and then it's even more difficult to get back up. Recommended only for an excursion or accessible by boat.
Notes
Small swimming area associated with a stream. There are two slipway booths: one visible and the second at the end of stalled right. Is complicated explain how to get ther by the high number of trails in the area. As you must follow direction Cala Bassa, then turn right direccion C'an Gregus, park when we arrive and continue towards coast.

How to get there
- 1From San Jose
Leave the urbanization of Sant Josep de sa Talaia in the direction of Sant Antoni along the PM 803 road.
- 2Cala Bassa detour
From Sant Josep to Sant Agustí is approximately 3 km. We will see several beaches signposted, including Cala Bassa in the west direction (if coming from Sant Josep, it is a left direction).
- 3Follow the directions to Cala Bassa
We have to continue along this road for approximately 6 km following the directions to Cala Bassa. Shortly before arriving, we have to turn down a very narrow dirt road, there is a rock on the ground with the signs "C'an Gregus". If we miss it, a few meters away we will see the Cala Bassa campsite and we can turn around to take the right turn.
- 4Detour C'an Gregus
This trail is narrow and dirt. We have to continue the main trail and count the number of trails on our left. When we see the fourth turning on our left, park the vehicle. Here is the C'an Gregus estate and there is a sign on the wall indicating this and several trees in the middle of the main road which look like 'roundabouts'.
- 5paths
We will keep walking. We will leave C'an Gregus on our left, we will follow the path that borders it on its right side. Then we will take the first trail on our left, then again the next one on our left and finally the next trail on the right.
- 6Another simpler option
Another option to get there without messing around is to park in Cala Bassa, head to the coast and continue to the right. You will pass two villas practically on the coast. just after passing them, you will arrive at Caló d'en Rafal, but there are no indications of any coves. In this way you will walk approximately 1.5 km.
