The beach
Cala de Son Vell is a small unspoilt cove, 2,5 km away from Cala en Bosch development, with two swimming areas. You can see some remains of a small and almost ruined building to the right of the sandy area. The second area, where there are only rocks, we can see remains of other building in the most eastern side.
Notes
Access by Camí de Cavalls from the beach of Son Xoriguer about 2,5 km away. It is an unspoilt area where few people go, just only hikers. It usually has the shore full of Neptune grass and it doesn't offer any kind of amentities.

How to get there
- 1Head towards Cala en Bosc
From Ciutadella head to Cala en Bosc on the Me-24. When you reach the first roundabout follow the signs for Son Xoriguer (left).
- 2They are Xoriguer
Try to park near the beach. There are only three parallel streets to the beach. The best thing is to turn to our right as soon as we are in the Son Xoriguer urbanization and look for the parking area at the end of the street. The beach will be on our left.
- 3Horse path
From the east of the beach follow Camí de Cavalls which runs for two and a half kilometres.
