The beach
Cala Viola de Ponent is the closest bathing area to the Far de Cavalleria which faces west. We can find free animals in the area, we have to be careful with them since they are in their natural environment. This cove has the peculiarity of having three small areas of sand, the measurements we indicate of the beach are from one end to the other, counting the areas of rocks.
Notes
Grounds of the Lighthouse of Cavalleria, you can pass by vehicle but the door must always be closed, there are animals free and they could get out. There are three distinct bathing areas with sand. Very limited fishing as it is a protected area.

How to get there
- 1It's Mercadal
Enter the town from Mercadal and follow the signs to the Lighthouse of Cavalleria.
- 2Cavalry Lighthouse
There is no loss. We must continue the directions to the lighthouse as we will be a few meters before we arrive. We will continue for several kilometers until we reach a closed metal gate.
- 3Metal door
The metal door is closed so that the animals do not get out, we can open it, pass with the vehicle and close it again. Shortly afterwards we can park on the roadside, the cove is perfectly visible to our left.
